The Mary Elizabeth Gaines Parker C'42 Scholarship ($2500) and the Mattie H. Collins C'36 Book Award ($1000) is awarded to a freshwoman from the Greater Philadelphia Region every year. The Greater Philadelphia Area includes Philadelphia and suburbs West to Harrisburg, North to Bucks County, South Jersey up to Trenton, and the state of Delaware. Please note that scholarship recipients may apply for a renewal each year, while the book award is a one-time award. The application is available online.
