Dear Supportive Business Owner:
The National Alumnae Association of Spelman College – Philadelphia Chapter is holding our Annual Holiday Brunch at The ACE Club in Lafayette Hill, PA on Sunday, December 11, 2011. This is our biggest scholarship fundraiser of the year, and all proceeds support our scholarship fund. Scholarships are awarded to Spelman College students from the Delaware Valley, and are renewable annually.
Our alumnae, friends and family look forward to this signature event every year, and we have created quite a following with over 120 attendees! Our fabulous Silent Auction and Gift Basket Raffle are major attractions at our brunch.
We need your help!
We hope to obtain a donation from your business to include in our Silent Auction and Gift Basket Raffle this year. We are seeking donations of products, services, or gift certificates valuing at least $50.
It’s perfect for promotion!
This is a win-win situation for your business and great for reinforcing your brand! Our family event draws a mix of upwardly mobile professionals from across the Philadelphia region. We prominently display donations and business cards/ brochures to prompt browsing by our guests and of course feature all donors prominently in our event program.

We request all donations by Sunday, December 4, 2011. We ask that you submit 1) your donation, 2) any promotional paraphernalia to display and 3) a written description of your business. For all submissions, please contact:
